We answer within a day. The questions people ask most are answered below; for anything else, write to support@crosso.app or use the form at the end of the page.
You add a route: the city you are going to and the days you will be there. Crosso then shows you the travellers with a route in the same city whose days overlap yours, and how many days you share. When someone new overlaps your days, we let you know.
Nobody sees your whole itinerary. The people you cross see the city and the days you have in common.
On the free plan the first three people in every list are open and the rest are locked; you can still see how many are waiting. Trip Pass opens everyone, in every city, every day.
If someone is missing from your list altogether, check your filters first. They may also show their route to verified accounts only, they may have hidden it for a while, or one of you has blocked the other.
In the app, open Profile › My routes and tap the three dots on the route. Edit changes the dates and what you are going for; Delete removes the route. The city cannot be changed, so for a different city, delete the route and add a new one.
When you delete a route, its crossings drop off your list. Chats you have already started stay as they are.
Trip Pass is bought through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account; your card details never reach us. It renews on its own until you cancel it.
To cancel or switch plans, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. The app has a shortcut too: Profile › Settings › Trip Pass › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; Trip Pass stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Refunds are Apple’s decision, not ours. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Face verification compares a short selfie with the photos on your profile, and the comparison runs on your phone. When the phone can decide, only the result is sent to us; the selfie never leaves the phone.
If it cannot decide, the selfie is sent for a short review by a person on our team and deleted once they have decided. Verification is optional: the whole app works without the badge, though some people choose to see verified accounts only.
Every profile and every chat has Block and Report in its menu. Someone you block can no longer see you, write to you or call you, and drops out of your crossings. You can undo a block in Profile › Settings › Blocked, but the old chat does not come back.
Reports are private: the person you report never sees them. We review every report and take down anything that breaks the rules within 24 hours. If you are in danger, call the local emergency number first.
In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete account. Your routes, crossings, matches and chats are deleted for good, and this cannot be undone.
If you have Trip Pass, cancel it in the App Store as well; deleting the account does not stop the billing. If you can no longer get into the app, write to privacy@crosso.app from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Write to support@crosso.app or use the form below. Tell us the email address you signed in with and what happened; if something looks wrong, attach a screenshot to your email. We answer within a day.
In the app, Profile › Settings › Help reaches the same people.
A few lines are enough. The answer comes to the email address you give here.
